Who we are

SiteSaathi (sitesaathi.in) provides an AI-powered FAQ chatbot widget for business websites. Contact: contact@sitesaathi.in.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, company name, and password (stored hashed).
• Bot content: FAQs, website URLs you crawl, and configuration you provide.
• Chat data: visitor messages and bot replies for your chatbots.
• Lead data: name, email, or phone when visitors submit a lead form in the widget.

How we use data

We use your data only to operate the service: powering chatbot replies from your knowledge base, sending email alerts you configure, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data or use your FAQ content to train public AI models.

Third-party services

We use AI providers (e.g. Groq, Google Gemini) to generate replies and embeddings, email providers (Resend or SMTP) for transactional email, MongoDB Atlas for storage, and payment processors (UPI / Razorpay) for billing.

Data retention

Account and chat data are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing contact@sitesaathi.in.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting us. Indian users may exercise rights under applicable data protection laws.

Cookies

The dashboard uses local storage for login sessions. The widget may store a session ID in the visitor's browser to continue conversations.
