Agreement

By creating an account or using SiteSaathi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

SiteSaathi provides a website FAQ chatbot widget, dashboard, and related tools. We offer a 7-day free trial, then a paid subscription at ₹99/month unless otherwise stated.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Ensure content you upload (FAQs, crawled pages) does not violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not use the service for spam, illegal activity, or to mislead visitors.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

AI-generated replies

Replies are generated from your knowledge base. You are responsible for reviewing bot content and configuring appropriate fallback behaviour (e.g. WhatsApp handoff, lead capture).

Payment & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Manual UPI payments are activated after verification. Razorpay card/UPI payments activate automatically on success. Contact contact@sitesaathi.in for billing issues.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible.

Limitation of liability

SiteSaathi is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or decisions made based on chatbot replies. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or the dashboard.
